At the SATTE Delhi 2024, from February 22nd to 24th, Karnataka Tourism took center stage with a striking 208-square meter exhibition space at the India Expo Centre & Mart. This event served as a prime venue for the state to highlight its rich cultural heritage and the vibrancy of its wildlife to a captivated audience of travel enthusiasts, industry moguls, and media personnel.
The exhibition attracted a vast number of visitors, travel professionals, and industry connoisseurs, all drawn to Karnataka’s abundant tourism prospects. The meticulously designed booth effectively illustrated the state’s historical richness and ecological diversity, leaving a lasting impression on attendees and encouraging them to discover the varied and mesmerizing experiences Karnataka offers.
Prominent figures like Mr. Shashi Kumar, Assistant Director of the Department of Tourism, Karnataka; Ms. Prithi Ayyappa, Manager at KSTDC; Mr. Yuvaraj, Senior General Manager at JLR; along with Ms. Tulasi and Ms. Noorjahan, Managers at JLR, graced the event. The pavilion also featured a variety of tourism service providers from Karnataka, including hotels, travel agencies, and resorts, showcasing the extensive tourism experiences the state has to offer.
The Karnataka Tourism team actively participated in discussions with domestic tour operators and travel agents, aiming to enhance existing relationships and establish new ones to promote tourism in Karnataka further.
