Just one month after the inclusion of two renowned Dubai properties into the Kempinski portfolio, the oldest luxury hotel company in Europe has inked a significant agreement to oversee a set of premium branded residences in Dubai Marina. Developed by ABA Group Dubai, Kempinski Marina Residences, Dubai, is emerging on one of the last available plots in the Dubai Marina vicinity. Distinguished by its distinctive architectural design featuring vertical gardens and staggered outdoor terraces adorned with greenery, Kempinski Marina Residences is poised to become a vibrant addition to the Dubai Marina skyline.
