“The Lodge is the perfect compliment to our Nano and Deluxe Nano cottages,” says Brad McCoil, General Manager at Owl’s Nest. “Both offer spacious accommodations close to our golf course, 25 court racquet complex and restaurants. But for those looking for the convenience and affordability of a hotel, the Lafayette Lodge fits the bill.”

estled in Thornton, Owl’s Nest Resort stands just moments away from premier ski destinations like Loon Mountain, Waterville Valley, and Cannon. Lodge guests can anticipate an array of après-ski diversions, from indulging in the heated outdoor pool and deck, along with a 25-person hot tub at Owl’s Nest’s Boat House, to savoring meals at Panorama Six82 restaurant. They can also partake in rounds of platform tennis on the resort’s heated courts.Non-skiers can explore the resort’s nordic trails, suitable for classic and skate skiing, as well as enjoy activities like snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and ice skating on Lake Harold.Golf enthusiasts can refine their skills using the brand new simulators at Slice Pizzeria & Sports Bar, scheduled to open this spring, offering state-of-the-art technology for swing feedback and ball trajectory tracking. Additionally, guests can find the Lafayette Lodge an ideal base for attending winter-long events like the Winter Rejuvenation Yoga and Paint & Sip program. Yet, the resort’s unparalleled vistas remain its hallmark, as evidenced by the countless vacationers, wedding attendees, and locals who have captured its beauty in photographs.

“People come from miles around to experience not only the incredible food at our restaurant but the views they get right outside the windows here when they dine,” adds McCoil. “Now, we can offer that same vista to overnight guests at the Lafayette Lodge – from sunrise to sunset. Believe me, it’s a view worth waking up to.”
