Langham Hospitality Group has teamed up with the content creator and entrepreneur Brooklyn Peltz Beckham to serve his handcrafted hot sauces in some of their hotels. In this new partnership, this brings Beckham’s Cloud23 hot sauce products to select brand locations in the United States and UK, and provides guests with dishes that are both unique and full of flavor.
Brooklyn Peltz Beckham is partnering with celebrity chef Michel Roux Jr., who has been an adviser to The Langham for several years, to bring his Cloud23 sauces to the hotel’s dining options. Visitors of select Langham hotels in New York, Chicago, Boston, Pasadena and The Langham, London can sample signature hot sauces in a variety of dishes.
The partnership includes some exclusive menu items made with Cloud23’s Sweet Jalapeno and Hot Habanero sauces. At The Wigmore at the Langham London, the ham, egg and chips is now served with the Sweet Jalapeno, adding a pop of sweet to a classic. The Tap Room at The Langham, Huntington, Pasadena, curves a special carnitas slider for the daredevils that calls upon the Sweet Jalapeno sauce from Cloud23 to keep the flavors assertive and fun. In-room dining and Club Lounge dishes can be embellished with a splash of the Hot Habanero sauce at all five participating hotels, too. Making everything a bit more tailor-made for travellers.
In an interview, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham revealed how Cloud23 is a business project close to his heart. It was an honor to have my sauces featured in some of The Langham’s legendary hotels. Beckham called these properties places that have always felt like a second home to him, adding an extra layer of significance to the collaboration. He also had high praise for working beside Michel Roux, who he said he looked up to as a ‘wizard chef’.

Michel Roux Jr commented on the partnership saying, ‘The Langham hotels have always been committed to providing something unique and experimental in the world of dining, which is what we want to build at The Wigmore. Peltz Beckham’s hot sauces are something that can transform any dish, taking even a simple condiment and making it indispensable and able to stimulate the senses, Garnett added. Roux congratulated Beckham’s vision and expressed what a pleasure it had been to work together on this special project.
The collaboration is part of The Langham’s ongoing ‘Your Story, Our Legacy’ campaign to mark 160 years of The Langham hospitality. The Cloud23 sauces special menu is available for a limited period, until January 2, 2026. The partnership will provide a new dimension to The Langham’s dining and will be ideal for food enthusiasts craving something new and unique.
