LAZ Parking, the leading and most rapidly expanding privately held parking management firm in the U.S., is thrilled to reveal its recent achievement of securing a five-year deal, in collaboration with Nationwide Parking Services, to oversee parking operations at Denver International Airport (DEN). This contract includes the management of two parking garages and seven surface lots, totaling 50,000 spaces, positioning DEN as the premier airport parking facility in North America by both revenue and capacity. Alan Lazowski, Chairman, CEO, and Founder of LAZ Parking, expressed pride in being chosen for such a significant project, attributing it to the company’s esteemed standing within the parking industry and the dedicated efforts of the LAZ team. The partnership agreement provides for up to two additional one-year extensions and assigns LAZ the responsibility of year-round, 24/7 parking management. This includes handling revenue, traffic control, and offering emergency vehicle services like jump starts and tire inflation.
Nationwide Parking Services, a Denver-based entity, specializes in parking and mobility management, operations, technology consulting, shuttle services, and event parking across both public and private sectors. With nearly three decades of experience at DEN and operations at several major airports, Nationwide brings a wealth of local knowledge and expertise to this venture. Kendra Petty, LAZ’s Executive Vice President for Airports, praised Nationwide’s local roots and extensive experience as key to this partnership.

DEN, since its inauguration in February 1995, has emerged as a global aviation hub. In 2022, it welcomed over 69 million passengers, significantly contributing to the regional economy and serving as Colorado’s primary economic driver. The airport’s vast land area is notable, dwarfing the size of major cities and fitting the footprint of several other major airports within its boundaries.
Todd Rosen, LAZ’s Regional Vice President, and Max Fuller both expressed their honor and excitement about contributing to DEN’s parking experience. This collaboration extends LAZ Parking’s portfolio of providing comprehensive airport services across the U.S., focusing on revenue optimization, cost reduction, and premium customer service, encompassing a broad range of offerings from parking management to shuttle transportation and data analytics.
Angela Clark, President and owner of Nationwide, regards the partnership with LAZ as a pivotal moment for her company, reflecting on Denver’s airport evolution and her personal connection to the city. She emphasized the strength of the partnership between Nationwide and LAZ in enhancing DEN’s parking facilities to the highest standards, in line with Denver’s deserving reputation.
