Coming from Marseille, France, Chef Charles carries a renewed approach to present French cooking with a gastronomic background that encompasses different traditions and impacts. Degrendele’s gastronomic voyage has taken him all over the world, from Michelin-starred restaurants in south France to Sydney, Ireland, England and Tokyo, where he has functioned as a sous chef at Shuzo Kishida’s 3-Michelin-rated Quintessence in Tokyo.
