Life Time opens state-of-the-Art club in Middletown – Red Bank

Life Time, the leading healthy lifestyle brand in the nation, has proudly opened its doors to the Life Time Middletown – Red Bank, marking its first new athletic country club establishment of 2024. This grand opening in Monmouth County, New Jersey, represents the brand’s eighth location in the state and introduces a premier venue for health and wellness enthusiasts. The club began welcoming members on February 27, closely following the late January debut of the adjacent Life Time Work premium coworking space, collectively offering an unparalleled combination of health, wellness, and work facilities.

Situated conveniently near the Garden State Parkway at 230 Half Mile Road in Red Bank, this impressive 127,000 square-foot facility is set to create over 230 jobs, ranging from full to part-time positions. It serves a wide demographic, from infants as young as 90 days to seniors aged 90 years and above, through its thoughtful design and comprehensive health and wellness programs.

The facility boasts three floors of premium amenities, including Life Time’s hallmark upscale architecture and meticulous design. The offerings are vast and include a 50,000-square-foot outdoor pool deck among other features, all aimed at fostering healthier, happier lives for its members.
