Long Island Aquarium Celebrates 25 Years of Marine Wonders with New Otter Pups, Exciting Spring Events and Discounted Admission

On February 6th, the Long Island Aquarium introduced four adorable new members to their family—two male and two female North American River Otter pups, born to resident otters Flo and Stark. These playful pups, who are now 6 weeks old, are already delighting visitors as they learn to swim and play with their mom in Otter Falls. You can help name these cute newcomers! The naming poll will open on April 1st, and the winning names will be announced on Mother’s Day.

• Spring Fun-cation (April 14-18, 9 am-5 pm): Need childcare during the school break? Drop your kids off for a day of hands-on fun and learning at the aquarium’s day camp.
• Princess Tea Party (April 13, 10 am & 12:30 pm seatings): Enjoy an enchanting experience with everyone’s favorite princesses at the waterfront Sea Star Ballroom.
• Penguin Egg “Hunt” (April 19-20, 10 am-3 pm): Go on a fun scavenger hunt for eggs throughout the Aquarium and win fun prizes! Free with admission.
• Easter Brunch (April 20, 10 am, 12 pm, & 2 pm seatings): Celebrate Easter with a festive brunch in the Sea Star Ballroom, including all-day access to the Aquarium.
• Mother’s Day Brunch (May 11, 10 am, 12 pm, 2 pm, & 4 pm seatings): Treat Mom to a delightful brunch in the ballroom and enjoy the aquarium all day long.
• Taste the East End (June 21, 7 pm-10 pm): A 21+ event offering tastings of food, wine, craft beer, and beverages throughout the aquarium.
• 25th Anniversary Member Party (June 25, 5:30 pm-8:30 pm): Celebrate the Aquarium’s 25th Anniversary with a fun party for members, including prizes and special activities.

Celebrating 25 Years of Marine Life Discovery
