Renowned Australian culinary maestro, Luke Mangan, has just unveiled his latest dining venture, ‘Luke’s Bistro & Bar,’ within Sydney Airport’s T3 domestic terminal, perfectly timed for the festive season.

Situated beyond security, Luke’s Bistro & Bar accommodates 200 diners, offering bar seating for those seeking a quick meal and cozy booths and tables for guests desiring a leisurely experience to relish the exceptional menu and wine selection.

Operating throughout the day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the menu boasts a diverse range, from a lavish seafood bar to shareable plates, beloved family classics, and an extensive array of classic cocktails and beverages, each with Luke Mangan’s distinctive touch.

Luke Mangan, the mastermind behind this new establishment, expressed, “Luke’s Bistro & Bar caters to everyone’s preferences, whether you desire a hearty breakfast, a satisfying lunch or dinner, or a swift bite on-the-go.”

Visitors are offered the choice to savor a glass of wine either at the bar or seafood counter, or they can come together with family and friends in our cozy booths for a communal dining experience. I deeply value open kitchens and expansive spaces; observing guests interact with our cuisine while chatting with our staff brings me great satisfaction.

Mark Zaouk, Sydney Airport’s Executive General Manager Commercial, stated, “We are delighted to welcome Luke Mangan to our T3 domestic terminal, enhancing our dining landscape with his gourmet expertise.”

“Luke’s esteemed reputation precedes him, and we are thrilled to introduce his culinary finesse to domestic travelers. As passenger numbers grow, we continuously expand our food and beverage offerings, with a range of newcomers adding vibrancy to both domestic and international terminals.”

The inauguration of Luke Mangan’s Bar & Bistro is part of a larger revamp of the food and beverage selection across all three Sydney Airport terminals. Recent additions include popular names such as KFC, Oporto, Liv Eat, Loop Bagels, Taste of Thai, and Espresso@T3 with Sydney Coffee Exports.

These additions bring the total count of food and beverage outlets to 45 across the domestic terminals, catering to travelers with diverse preferences, ranging from quick bites to freshly prepared meals.

In the T1 international terminal, PappaRich heads a list of newcomers alongside favorites like KFC, offering an authentic Malaysian dining experience with signature dishes such as Nasi lemak and Roti Canai.

The T1 terminal features a variety of dining experiences, including French and Modern Australian cuisine at The Bistro by Wolfgang Puck, where guests can savor restaurant-style meals with a panoramic view of the airfield.

Furthermore, upcoming additions like Betty’s Burgers, Mad Mex, and Atrium Bakery Café will complete the lineup of 30 food and beverage options for international travelers in the T1 international terminal.
