On April 29, 2025, Wynn Resorts will open the doors to Gourmet Pavilion, a new landmark that promises to offer a rich and colorful selection of Asian culinary delights. Located at Wynn Palace in Macao, the pavilion invites food lovers to explore the finest flavors from across Asia, all under one roof. Guests will not need to travel far to enjoy the very best of Asia’s culinary diversity, as this new dining destination brings exclusive offerings directly to Macao.

The Gourmet Pavilion will feature an exciting variety of Asian cuisines, including Michelin-starred dishes such as Chaoshan fish congee and the most sought-after dishes from celebrity chefs like Henry Zhang Zhicheng’s signature dumplings. Sushi Masa will offer omakase experiences, while Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa brings century-old eel rice to the pavilion. Diners can enjoy Singapore’s famous laksa from 328 Katong Laksa or experience the renowned Taiwanese beef noodles from Wumamii Beef Noodles.

Guests will be immersed in the opulent surroundings, where ornate mosaic arches, handcrafted by Italian artisans, and a stunning chandelier made by Bohemian glassmakers set the stage for a dining experience that delights the senses.

The architecture pays homage to the grandeur of European marketplaces and concert halls, offering an environment where dining meets cultural exploration. “The Allsphyr”, a custom-designed mirrored sculpture, will create a unique space for photo opportunities, adding to the overall ambiance.
