To promote ecotourism and instill conscious sensitivity towards climate and environment, Malta is hosting the Green Vision Summit & Expo (GVSE).

Malta, an archipelago that basks in the glories of sieges, knights, and ancient tales, is nestled in the Mediterranean bosom. Its cobalt seas cradle limestone cliffs, while honey-hued cities hold secrets of past empires.

One of the most important organizations operating in the sustainable development sector in Malta is GST Technologies. It has organised The Green Vision Summit & Expo.

GSE Technologies serves the sustainable development sector in Malta through its dedication to driving positive change in the environmental landscape.

This has instilled and recognized humanity as the essential link to sustainable development, thereby aiming to foster a global movement committed to a future that is more responsible for environmental sustainability. This conference has been set to take place from April 30th to May 2nd, 2024, in the humongous former airfield in Ta’Qali, Malta

Due to the rapid and ensuing advancement in technology, the hollow patch is now getting plastered up with technology. Therefore, the event has also not fallen short of the vision that encapsulates the future and themed it ‘Humanity. Technology. Future.’

Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, the former President of Malta, has rendered support for the event. Alongside her, there is support from the Ministry for Tourism, the Ministry for the Environment, Energy and Enterprise, the Ministry for Agriculture, Fisheries, and Animal Rights, the Parliamentary Secretariat for Youth, Research, and Innovation, and the Malta Tourism Authority.

CEO Sabrina Agius comprehended their thrill at the official relaunch of the Green Vision Summit & Expo. Sabrina spoke about the event and how it stands as a testament to the dedication of bringing positive change and thereby fostering collaboration among like-minded organizations and individuals.

This was a long-awaited event. The beginning of this journey can be traced back to the COVID-19 pandemic in June 2020, when GSE Technologies (GSE) took off. She mentioned that there were three minds that had also chosen to follow this same path in order to create something unique that would actually have a positive impact on the dear country of Malta. She feels relieved knowing that we are finally close to execution. Sabrina says, “We invite everyone to join us and become integral to our Green Vision.”

Christophe Berger, the Director of Incentives & Meetings at the Malta Tourism Authority, expressed that sustainability, being one of the key global concerns and a focal point for the Malta Tourism Authority (MTA), makes Malta particularly proud to host the Green Vision Summit & Expo. He highlighted that this leading event in sustainability and impact investing is anticipated to attract over 8,000 attendees and more than 200 industry experts, showcasing the latest trends in renewable energy, climate action, and ESG practices.

The summit will host important discussions spearheaded by global leaders and sector specialists, who will outline their perspectives on the magnitude of climate-related issues, key priorities, and the crucial steps required in the near and distant future. Its goal is to encourage sustainable living, advocate for social justice, and enable people to contribute to a more environmentally friendly future.
