Banyan Group will match these donations dollar-for-dollar, and an additional 20 percent of the proceeds from paid experiences at the resort and Mandai Wildlife Reserve will also be donated. The festival’s offerings will be available to all ticket holders, with general admission priced at S$10 on weekdays and S$15 on weekends. Children under four can enter for free when accompanied by an adult, while in-house guests and participants of paid tours or ecology experiences also enjoy free entry to the festival.
As part of the grand opening festivities, the resort is offering a Silver Staycation weekday retreat for seniors aged 60 and above, running until 30 April 2026. This exclusive retreat includes daily breakfast for two, advance purchase savings, and a complimentary family room upgrade for those travelling with grandchildren (subject to availability). Guests will also receive a SG$100 resort credit, which can be redeemed across dining, spa treatments, and in-resort experiences.
