Maverick & Farmer, the artisanal coffee brand, is teaming up with Mommy’s Health Kitchen to kick off January with a delightful brunch pop-up. This collaboration promises a diverse selection of personalized, delicious, and nutritious treats for patrons to enjoy. Immerse yourself in the flavors of the season with nourishing dishes, thoughtfully crafted with Mommy’s Health Kitchen’s wholesome touch.

Indulge in a variety of offerings, from artisanal whole wheat homemade French toast to a DIY parfait bar featuring Mommy’s Health Kitchen’s signature granola. The menu includes a vibrant array of health-boosting delicacies, all meticulously curated for both taste and well-being. Priced at an all-inclusive rate of INR 1499, this brunch extravaganza will take place on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at the Maverick & Farmer cafe in Ulsoor.

The all-you-can-eat spread, created in collaboration with Mommy’s Health Kitchen, showcases locally sourced ingredients prepared with care to start your Sunday refreshed. Begin with Bagel Boards offering a variety of toppings, including eggs, salmon, ham, cream cheese, vegan cream cheese, onion jam, hummus, and more. The buffet also features a DIY Granola Parfait bar with Mommy’s Health Kitchen’s signature granolas – Chocolate Almond Granola and Honey Almond Granola, complemented by a selection of fruits, seeds, and dressings, including a special Vegan Nutella.

For a unique twist on a classic French quiche, choose from Vegetarian or Ham & Cheese Crustless breakfast Quiches. The brunch also offers a selection of sliders, including Vegan Black Bean, Beetroot Quinoa, Lamb, and Chicken.

Satisfy your sweet tooth with whole wheat French Toast or Healthy Oat Pancakes, accompanied by whipped cream, healthy Nutella, peanut butter, honey, berry compote, and vegan chocolate chips.
