Minus5º ICEBAR Unveils Exquisite Purple Haze Cocktail in Ice Glass

Minus5º ICEBAR is thrilled to introduce the newest member of its FRESH & COOL bar series: the Purple Haze cocktail, uniquely presented in a glass crafted entirely from ice. This initiative is available across all three Minus5º locations – The LINQ Promenade, Mandalay Bay, and The Venetian Resort® Las Vegas – where guests can enjoy a dynamic selection of fresh, seasonal drinks and frozen delights as part of the FRESH & COOL experience.

For a brief period, patrons can savor the Purple Haze, a delectable mix featuring Empress 1908 Gin, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and tonic water, all beautifully garnished with a lime wheel and mint, available for $14.

Beyond its evolving menu of cocktails and frozen delights, Minus5º ICEBAR enhances the visitor experience by introducing new ice sculptures and displays every quarter. With its Staying COOL re-theming initiative, the venue continually offers fresh and unprecedented ice art, ensuring a novel and exciting experience with every visit.
