The omakase experience presents a meticulously crafted 15-course tasting menu by Executive Sushi Chef Hiromi Iwakiri, complemented by beer pairings curated by acclaimed Brewmaster Jared Rouben. Each course is thoughtfully matched with pairings such as the Hokkaido Scallop with edamame and Ossetra caviar, harmonized flawlessly with a Pressed Asian Pear Saison, and the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Handroll with wasabi horseradish cream and beef fat breadcrumbs, perfectly paired with a Cherry Oud Bruin.
Transforming the Living Room lounge into an intimate dining haven, Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach offers a dedicated Omakase chef’s counter, inviting guests to witness the intricacies of each course.
