Hamilton County Commissioners authorised a hotel tax hike to support the $200 million restoration of the Duke Energy Convention Centre. The tax increase is intended to raise around $40 million for the project, which includes renovations and plans for a new headquarters hotel.

Arlington Convention Center, Texas

The Fort Worth Convention Centre expansion began with phase one, which included additional F&B facilities, annexe removal, and roadway realignment. With a $95 million budget, phase two seeks to add extra space, conference rooms, and a ballroom.
