Having gained acclaim for his pioneering cooking techniques and profound insight into international cuisines, Chef Sahi comes to the MRS Group after a distinguished stint at the Oberoi Group, where he made his mark at Trident Udaipur and Trident Chennai. Under his guidance, these establishments saw a notable uptick in guest satisfaction, attributed to his knack for marrying classic flavors with modern culinary trends.
