MSC Cruises and Eataly Join Forces to Bring Authentic Italian Dining to the High Seas on the Upcoming MSC World America

MSC Cruises’ latest flagship, MSC World America, is set to introduce the first-ever Eataly restaurant at sea when it launches next year.

In an exciting collaboration with Eataly, the esteemed ambassador of premium Italian cuisine and wine, MSC Cruises aims to provide guests with a distinctive dining experience on their new vessel. This renowned brand will join a lineup of innovative restaurants and convenient food options, enhancing variety and accessibility while seamlessly combining the cruise line’s signature European sophistication with offerings specifically designed for the American market.

The newly introduced Eataly restaurant aboard MSC World America will present a menu that encompasses the essence of Italian cuisine, showcasing both beloved dishes and exclusive offerings unique to this location. Diners can look forward to an exceptional selection of ingredients, meticulously sourced from Italian suppliers, with freshly made pasta crafted right on the ship for a remarkable culinary experience that highlights the best of Italy.

Eataly aboard MSC World America is not just about the food; it embodies Italian culture and tradition. The restaurant’s ambiance will feature warm materials, earthy tones, and soft lighting, creating a relaxed yet sophisticated environment. Additionally, the open kitchen will exemplify Eataly’s dedication to transparency, allowing guests to witness the cooking process firsthand.

EXCEPTIONAL DINING EXPERIENCES FOR EVERY TASTE

In addition to Eataly, the MSC World America will introduce five other specialty dining venues, featuring beloved favorites like Kaito Sushi Bar, Kaito Teppanyaki, Butcher’s Cut steakhouse, and Hola! Tacos & Cantina, all situated in The Terraces district. Additionally:

Introducing Paxos Greek Restaurant: Nestled in the Promenade district, Paxos will whisk guests away to the Mediterranean with its emphasis on fresh seafood. The restaurant will showcase a display of fresh fish for guests to select from, complemented by four uniquely designed areas that immerse diners in the essence of Greek culture. Paxos will operate as a versatile dining spot, serving lunch with the option for outdoor seating, as well as offering small plates and cocktails on its terrace during the afternoon. As the day transitions to evening, patrons can relax in the rooftop lounge, enjoying comfortable seating and a shaded atmosphere. Dinner will be accompanied by music, featuring a menu that includes warm pita bread with dips, a variety of hot and cold mezes perfect for sharing, and specialties such as moussaka and lamb kleftiko, alongside a selection of exquisite fish and meat dishes.

The MSC World America will provide five fast-casual dining concepts, perfect for those looking to grab a quick meal while discovering everything the ship has to offer:

Introducing Paxos on the Go: Conveniently located in the Promenade district, this spot offers comfortable seating on the Paxos Terrace, serving tasty Greek favorites like souvlaki and fritto misto for a nominal fee.

Introducing Promenade Bites: This outlet will delight guests with classic street food, including hotdogs, chili dogs, street corn, corn on the cob, and cotton candy in the Promenade district.

Introducing The Harbour Bar & Bites: Located in the Family Aventura district, this venue will feature a range of savory snacks, such as empanadas, burritos, corn dogs, wraps, and sweet treats like cookies and brownies, alongside refreshing cold beverages.

La Boca Grill: A fantastic choice for a quick lunch, offering delicious pizza in the Aqua Deck district.

Luna Park Pizza & Burger: Serving up American favorites, this spot will provide convenient meal options throughout the day and into the night in the Galleria district.

MSC World America is set to debut in April 2025, embarking on its inaugural season from PortMiami in the Caribbean, with all itineraries including a visit to Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, the cruise line’s exclusive private island in The Bahamas.
