MSC Cruises has unveiled another major addition to its future fleet by opening bookings for a new World Class ship that is set to redefine its Caribbean operations. Scheduled to enter service on November 13, 2027, MSC World Atlantic will be based year-round at Port Canaveral, Florida, reinforcing the cruise line’s expanding footprint in one of the world’s most competitive cruise markets.

From its Florida homeport, MSC World Atlantic will operate alternating seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean sailings. This deployment strategy allows guests to choose between different destination mixes while enjoying the same next-generation onboard experience. Port Canaveral’s role as the ship’s homeport reflects its growing importance within the global cruise industry.
