The new menu at TRIBUTE celebrates the season with dishes that combine comfort and creativity. One standout is the Chiles en Nogada, a historic Mexican dish representing the country’s flag with its trio of colors. This dish features a poblano pepper stuffed with savory pork, apples, and raisins, topped with walnut sauce and pomegranate seeds. For breakfast, the restaurant introduces indulgent Banana Walnut Pancakes, served with cinnamon butter and maple syrup. Meanwhile, Chilaquiles de TRIBUTE, a classic Mexican brunch favorite, includes farm eggs, salsa verde, and hanger steak, bringing a taste of Mexico’s brunch culture to Houston.
Lunch at TRIBUTE offers colorful, ingredient-driven dishes like the Nogada Salad, a refreshing mix of spinach, arugula, pomegranate, walnuts, and smoked queso fresco. Another notable addition is the Molote, a plantain and duck confit empanada with rich Oaxaca mole. For the second course, Tetela de Rabo y Pato offers a mole-laced pairing of oxtail, mushroom, and duck. The meal concludes with a selection of traditional Mexican sweet breads paired with hot chocolate.
