New flight services put Fiji back on track

For UK visitors, two recent flights from Fiji Airways to Tokyo and Hong Kong will make journey seamless than ever to reach the affectionate reception of the destination.


The twice-weekly Fiji Airways service, Saturdays and Mondays, will be starting from 1st April, 2023, from Hong Kong to Nadi, for the first-time after COVID-19 situation, connecting with the UK through Cathay Pacific and British Airways directly.


Likewise, from Tokyo Narita Airport, Fiji Airways will provide two flights every week to Nadi on Tuesdays and Fridays.

It would be starting on April 4th, connecting with the UK through British Airways and Japan Airlines in a direct manner.


Also, since COVID-19 stopped foreign travel, this service has not been in operation.


These two recently introduced flights harmonize a thrice-weekly service via Singapore, along with a brand-new Fiji Airways flight through Vancouver that was introduced in November.


Also, Fiji Airways connects via North America with American Airlines and British Airways and, via Australia with Qantas and more, through New Zealand with the help of Air New Zealand and via Hawaii and other Pacific Islands.


The chief executive of Tourism Fiji, Brent Hill, said that they all are thrilled to see these two flights returning and connecting with the UK market which, along with the latest adding together of the new Vancouver route and the current connections via Singapore, the US and more.
