The Bay of Lights development, emerging as Cambodia’s vibrant hub for finance and tourism, proudly announces a groundbreaking strategic alliance with the prestigious investment platform, the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) Congress of the United Arab Emirates. This partnership signifies a significant leap in strengthening the burgeoning connections between Asia and the Middle East, heralding a dynamic era in Cambodia’s economic progress.

A fresh chapter begins as a strategic partnership is officially signed at the Bay of Lights Business Center. After nearly a year of discussions and valuable exchanges, including multiple visits from AIM’s Director General, this collaboration is now sealed with anticipation. The momentous agreement was signed at the newly established Business Center in Sihanoukville’s Bay of Lights, with Em Pheap, the Deputy Governor of Preah Sihanouk Province, overseeing the proceedings.

His Excellency Dawood Al Shezawi, President of AIM Congress, serving as the signatory at the ceremony, underscored the significance of this partnership. This accord grants AIM Congress Asia the opportunity to convene at the Bay of Lights in Sihanoukville, providing a platform for global investors and governmental representatives to explore the vast opportunities within Cambodia.

AIM Congress stands as a premier Middle Eastern investment platform, specializing in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) prospects, futuristic urban developments, and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Having convened over 10,000 delegates from 175 nations and fostering partnerships with more than 500 exhibitors, AIM Congress has been instrumental in fostering economic growth and fostering international relations.

The collaboration between the Bay of Lights and AIM Congress is set to direct Middle Eastern investments into Asia, driving growth and prosperity. Together, they aim to create Sihanoukville’s first International Convention and Exhibition Center within the Bay of Lights—a cutting-edge venue spanning 11 hectares, dedicated to hosting worldwide conventions and top-tier events.
