With a remarkable 17-year tenure in the hospitality sector, Mr. Tyagi brings a wealth of experience to his role, dedicated to elevating guest services at the hotel.With his extensive background and expertise in hospitality, Mr. Tyagi is ideally suited to lead the Front Office team, guaranteeing flawless guest experiences with his outstanding interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and steadfast dedication to providing top-tier customer service.

His journey began as an Airport Representative at Crown Plaza Gurugram, where his dedication and skills led to successive promotions, culminating in his role as Team Leader. Transitioning to Hyatt, Mr. Tyagi underwent comprehensive training across various departments before being swiftly promoted to Assistant Front Office Manager in less than a year. His career continued to flourish, eventually securing the position of Front Office Manager at Fairfield by Marriott.

Now, as the new Front Office Manager at Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity, New Delhi, Mr. Tyagi is poised to enhance guest experiences with his wealth of expertise.
