The North Fork Rancheria of Mono Indians, referred to as “the Tribe,” and Station Casinos LLC, known as “Station,” are pleased to announce the approval by the Chairman of the National Indian Gaming Commission of the Third Amended and Restated Management Agreement. This agreement, along with a corresponding development agreement, enables the Tribe, with Station’s support, to develop and manage a gaming and entertainment facility known as the “North Fork Project.” The project will be situated on a 305-acre parcel of land adjacent to Highway 99, north of the City of Madera, California (referred to as the “Site”). The Department of the Interior took the Site into trust for the Tribe’s benefit in February 2013.

Upon completion, the North Fork Project will boast a 100,000-square-foot casino housing over 2,000 slot and video poker machines, as well as 40 table games, including blackjack, Pai Gow, and Three-card Poker. Additionally, the property will offer enticing dining and beverage options, ample parking, and easy access from Highway 99.

Fred Beihn, Chairperson of the North Fork Rancheria, expressed his satisfaction with the approval of the Management Contract with development partner Station Casinos, emphasizing the Tribe’s gratitude for a committed partner dedicated to tribal sovereignty and maximizing the benefits of tribal gaming for the Tribe and community.

He extended heartfelt congratulations to The North Fork Rancheria of Mono Indians community, expressing eagerness to assist the Tribe in realizing the project.
