Noble 33, a renowned global hospitality group, joyfully unveils its collaboration with Super Bowl champions Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce for the inauguration of 1587 Prime. This contemporary steakhouse, named after Patrick and Travis’ iconic jersey numbers, aims to introduce an innovative, high-end dining venture to Kansas City.
Scheduled to launch in early 2025, 1587 Prime will occupy a prominent space within the historic Loews Hotel Kansas City, offering street-level access and inviting guests to embark on an exceptional culinary journey spread across nearly 10,000 square feet spanning two floors. Crafted by the esteemed team at Noble 33, led by visionary founders Tosh Berman and Mikey Tanha, this modern steakhouse pledges to deliver an unparalleled dining experience.
Having long been patrons of Noble 33’s establishments, Mahomes and Kelce chose to collaborate with the brand due to its inventive flair and expertise in the hospitality sector. “Travis and I frequent Noble 33 restaurants in various cities, so it was a natural step to bring something extraordinary to our hometown of Kansas City,” shares Mahomes. Kelce adds, “We’re thrilled to join forces with Noble 33 on this venture to create a unique dining experience, and where better to begin than in our beloved Kansas City.”
Noble 33’s impressive portfolio includes renowned venues such as Toca Madera, Casa Madera, Sparrow Italia, Meduza Mediterrania, and soon-to-be 1587 Prime, spanning locations in Los Angeles, Scottsdale, Las Vegas, New York, Toronto, London, and upcoming sites in Miami, Houston, and Kansas City. With plans for seven new restaurant projects within the next 18 months, the group is poised for global expansion.
1587 Prime will feature multiple private dining areas, a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen, a striking meat display, all paying homage to Patrick and Travis’ athletic achievements. The restaurant’s extensive wine collection, set to be one of the largest in the state, has been meticulously curated to complement the diverse menu offerings.
