Nobu Hospitality, a luxury lifestyle brand renowned for its fusion of hotels, dining, and residences, has revealed plans to inaugurate a new hotel and restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam by 2026. This development emerges from a continuous partnership with Viet Capital Real Estate (VCRE) and marks the brand’s 40th hotel globally, as well as its second establishment in Vietnam.

The upcoming property is set to be situated in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, an area noted for its historical significance. The hotel will be part of a 40-story mixed-use complex that is currently under construction, demonstrating the brand’s commitment to expanding its luxury hospitality services in significant global markets.

Once completed, the hotel will occupy the upper segments of this towering building. It is designed to feature 135 guest rooms and suites that promise high-end accommodations coupled with breathtaking panoramic views of the cityscape and the Saigon River. These accommodations are aimed at providing a unique and luxurious experience that reflects Nobu’s distinctive aesthetic and commitment to quality.

Additionally, guests at the new Nobu Hotel will enjoy access to exclusive amenities designed to enhance their stay. These include a rooftop swimming pool that offers a spectacular view of the surrounding area and a state-of-the-art fitness facility. These features are expected to appeal to travelers seeking luxury and exclusivity in one of Vietnam’s most dynamic cities.

The introduction of this new Nobu Hotel and Restaurant is poised to have a significant impact on global cruise travel and tourism, particularly in Vietnam. By combining luxurious accommodations with unique dining experiences, Nobu Hospitality is set to enhance Ho Chi Minh City’s appeal as a premier destination for international tourists and business travelers alike. The strategic location in a historic district, coupled with exceptional facilities, aligns with the growing trend of luxury travel and could serve as a catalyst for increasing tourist arrivals in the region.
