Oceanwide Expeditions, a leading name in the polar expedition cruise industry with over 30 years ofexperience, is rolling out a significant enhancement for its guests. Starting from the 2024-25 Antarctica season, guests aboard their cruises will enjoy free internet access throughout their journey, marking a milestone in the expedition experience.

Guests will benefit from free daily onboard internet, allowing them to stay connected with family and friends during their polar adventures. Whether it’s sharing breathtaking photos or videos or simply keeping in touch with loved ones, the new service ensures a more immersive and enjoyable journey with Oceanwide Expeditions.

Upon boarding, each guest will receive an internet voucher that provides access to 1.5 GB of data per day. This allowance will reset daily, ensuring consistent access throughout the voyage. For those who need more connectivity, additional internet vouchers can be purchased onboard, offering flexibility to meet individual needs.

This exciting update applies to all three of Oceanwide Expeditions’ motor vessels: m/v Hondius, m/v Plancius, and m/v Ortelius. By implementing this upgrade, the company is improving its onboard services and elevating the overall guest experience on its polar expeditions.
