Dubai is being prepared to welcome the global Business Aviation community when the eleventh edition of the MEBAA Show is held from 8 to 10 December 2026 at the Dubai Airshow Site at Dubai World Central. The event will be staged under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group.
A strong international presence is being assembled for the MEBAA Show, with Bombardier, Dassault Aviation, Lufthansa Technik, Jet Aviation, Harrods Aviation, Universal Aviation and AEG Fuels confirmed among the key exhibitors. UAE-based participants will include RoyalJet, Gama Aviation and Falcon Aviation, while Jetex, the Registry of Aruba and DC Aviation have been confirmed as sponsors.

Through its exhibition, aircraft display, conference programme and hospitality-led networking experiences, the MEBAA Show will be used to connect global operators, manufacturers, service providers, buyers and decision-makers. Dubai will therefore be positioned once again as an important meeting point for Business Aviation and Private Aviation across the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe.
The 2026 event is being developed after the success recorded by the MEBAA Show in 2024. That edition was attended by 10,000 people from more than 100 countries. A total of 145 exhibitors participated, while 30 aircraft were presented on the static display.

This established platform will now be used to refocus attention on the value, resilience and continued development of Business Aviation. The sector will be presented as one that remains active, adaptable and capable of supporting international connectivity, commercial activity and high-value travel.
The importance of Dubai to Private Aviation will also be reinforced through the event’s location at Dubai World Central. Industry representatives from different markets will be brought together over three days, allowing knowledge to be exchanged and commercial relationships to be developed in a dedicated aviation environment.
The MEBAA Show will not be presented only as an aircraft exhibition. It will also be structured as a premium business and hospitality experience in which professional networking, private meetings, executive discussions and carefully managed guest services will be combined.
The regional strength surrounding Business Aviation has been demonstrated through several recent investments in the United Arab Emirates. A new Business Aviation Centre has been opened by Gama Aviation in Sharjah. Bombardier has also invested in a new maintenance, repair and overhaul facility at Abu Dhabi’s Al Bateen Airport, with its opening scheduled for the end of the year.
At Dubai South, the managed charter fleet of DC Aviation Al-Futtaim is being expanded. These developments will be reflected in the wider industry context presented at the MEBAA Show.
Bombardier, Dassault Aviation and Lufthansa Technik will be joined by operators and service companies from the UAE and international markets. Their participation will ensure that different parts of the Business Aviation and Private Aviation supply chain are represented, including aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, ground services, flight support and charter operations.
The presence of these companies will allow buyers, operators and decision-makers to be connected directly with established aviation brands. Strategic conversations will be supported through dedicated meeting programmes and networking opportunities throughout the show.
Hospitality will be given a significant role at the MEBAA Show through the Platinum Guest Programme. The programme has been curated for attending ultra-high-net-worth individuals and will provide a premium on-site experience.
Private aircraft viewing will be included, allowing selected guests to examine aircraft in a controlled and exclusive setting. Access to fixed-base operator facilities will also be provided, supported by chauffeured transfers. Luxury experiences and private networking events will be arranged as part of the programme.
This approach will allow Private Aviation to be presented in the environment in which it is commonly experienced. Comfort, privacy, convenience and personalised access will be placed alongside aircraft technology and operational performance.
The hospitality structure will also support deeper engagement between guests, exhibitors and operators. Rather than relying only on general exhibition traffic, selected visitors will be guided towards focused experiences and high-value meetings.
Dubai has been positioned by the organisers as the location where East meets West. Through the Platinum Guest Programme, that positioning will be supported by a visitor experience designed around premium service, executive access and relationship-building.
A strong aircraft line-up will be presented on the static display, with participation expected from major original equipment manufacturers and leading operators. Aircraft, cabin environments and aviation services will be displayed to potential customers and industry professionals.
The enhanced Operators Programme will also be delivered for Business Aviation operators. Pre-arranged meetings will be provided, while networking opportunities will be created with regional and international industry peers. Market insights and thought-leadership content will also be made available.
The BizAv Talks programme will return as another central feature of the MEBAA Show. Business Aviation executives and innovators from around the world will be brought together for discussions about the sector’s development.
Innovation, sustainability, technology, partnerships and global connectivity will be addressed through the programme. The event will therefore be used not only for commercial visibility but also for the exchange of professional knowledge.
A Runway networking event will additionally be held. The Business Aviation community will be brought together in a distinctive setting where professional connections can be strengthened and industry relationships can be celebrated.
The NextGen Leaders’ Programme will be held on the final day of the MEBAA Show. Students will be given direct access to industry leaders, career information and insights into the future of Business Aviation and Private Aviation.
Different professional pathways will be introduced, helping the next generation to understand the range of opportunities available across the sector. The initiative will support MEBAA’s wider work in training, education, operational safety and industry development.
The 2026 event will also mark 20 years since the Middle East and North Africa Business Aviation Association was established. Founded in 2006, MEBAA represents the Business Aviation industry across the Middle East and North Africa and is a member of the International Business Aviation Council.
The association provides training, conferences, industry data, networking platforms and member services. It also organises BizAv Talks, the MEBAA Show and MEBAA Show Morocco.
Through its exhibition, hospitality programmes, aircraft display and executive networking opportunities, the MEBAA Show will again be used to connect global aviation stakeholders. Dubai will be placed at the centre of those connections as Business Aviation and Private Aviation leaders gather to support innovation, partnerships and the continued growth of the sector.
