Kerzner International has launched its premiere urban vertical resort in Dubai, One&Only One Za’abeel. This innovative venture brings the vibrancy and allure of the brand’s famed beach resorts into the heart of a bustling metropolis, offering an unparalleled blend of fine dining, cutting-edge wellness, and uniquely curated experiences.

As the first of its kind from the ultra-luxury hospitality brand, One&Only One Za’abeel stands as a testament to Dubai’s pioneering spirit and renowned hospitality, featuring lavish accommodations, gastronomic explorations, cultural engagements, and wellness initiatives for both residents and discerning travelers.

Philippe Zuber, CEO of Kerzner International, expressed excitement about this groundbreaking project, emphasizing its role in redefining luxury urban resorts. Designed by the celebrated Nikken Sekkei architects, the resort is characterized by its dual towers, connected by the world’s longest cantilever, The Link, offering a futuristic escape 100 meters above ground.

With interior design by Jean-Michel Gathy, the resort’s accommodations, including the expansive Villa One penthouse, reflect the serene and traditional spirit of Za’abeel, interpreted through a contemporary lens. The resort’s exclusive suites cater to a variety of guest preferences, from the panoramic Za’abeel Suite and wellness-focused Sanctuary Suites to the creatively designed Creative Suites and the executive Urban Suite. The Royal Suite and two-story accommodations like Skyline Loft and Villa One add layers of luxury and sophistication.

One&Only One Za’abeel also introduces the UAE’s first Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie, a holistic wellness center spanning three floors. This pioneering facility offers personalized wellness programs focused on longevity, wellbeing, and aesthetics, featuring 29 treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art gym, a Longevity Bar, and the region’s first Longevity Index lounge.
