The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) has officially unveiled the complete agenda for its highly anticipated Travel Mart 2025 (PTM 2025), set to take place in Bangkok this August. This flagship event promises to be a major draw for industry professionals, with its comprehensive B2B Mart providing unparalleled networking opportunities. Attendees will also benefit from the insightful Knowledge Forum, designed to foster thought leadership and innovation in travel, and the prestigious PATA Gold Awards, celebrating excellence in the sector. The event promises to be a key milestone in the travel industry calendar, drawing global attention to the vibrant tourism landscape of Bangkok.

The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) has officially unveiled the full agenda for PATA Travel Mart 2025 (PTM 2025), scheduled to take place at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok, Thailand, from August 26 to 28. In addition to its flagship B2B travel mart, which will bring together over 500 industry professionals, the event will include a comprehensive one-day Knowledge Forum, the prestigious PATA Gold Awards 2025 Gala Dinner, and a variety of networking opportunities designed to foster business connections.

“PATA Travel Mart is designed to bring together the heart of the Asia Pacific tourism industry, but it is only through the united efforts of industry leaders from both the private and public sectors that meaningful connections can be created – connections that inspire growth and collaboration among buyers, exhibitors, and all participants,” stated PATA CEO Noor Ahmad Hamid.

Programme Key Highlights

Ahead of the official inauguration of the Mart, PATA will host the PATA Youth Symposium 2025 at Srinakharinwirot University on August 25. The afternoon will feature the PATA Executive Board Meeting, uniting key figures within the organisation, followed by the comprehensive PATA Board Meeting on August 26.

The PATA Knowledge Forum 2025, held on the first official day of the event, August 26, will align with the theme, “Designing Meaningful Tourism for a Changing World.” Kicking off the forum, Sharzede Datu Haji Askor, CEO of the Sarawak Tourism Board, will take the stage to formally announce Sarawak, Malaysia, as the host destination for the PATA Travel Mart 2026.

This immersive, full-day conference will showcase a series of presentations, panel discussions, and interactive sessions. Topics will include emerging markets, the role of young tourism professionals, inclusive tourism practices, travel technology, and the latest trends driving the tourism and travel industries.
