Peakwork and honeepot have partnered to launch honeebot, an innovative AI chatbot designed to enhance customer experience and boost travel conversions.
Peakwork and honeepot have formed a strategic alliance, bringing the innovative “honeebot by honeepot” chatbot solution into Peakwork’s ecosystem. This partnership empowers travel websites, tour operators, and OTAs using Peakwork’s platform to implement a seamless, customer-centric chatbot designed to elevate the advisory experience and enhance conversion rates.

honeebot, an AI-powered chatbot, integrates into travel websites to help customers make informed travel choices. Available as a SaaS and customizable white-label solution, honeebot can be tailored to feature a unique AI persona aligned with each brand’s identity. For instance, it serves as an exit-intent tool, engaging users about to leave a site with a pop-up, and it also features teasers and floating buttons to encourage user interaction.
Once a user initiates a chat, honeebot autonomously selects and recommends the top three to five options that best fit the customer’s criteria via the Peakwork Hub. It can fully resolve up to 80% of customer inquiries, simulating responses under a representative’s name. For more complex cases, honeebot curates options, allowing back-office consultants to finalize recommendations quickly, resulting in a 10-15% increase in conversions.
honeebot has been successfully implemented by leading travel brands, including Eurowings Holidays, Condor Holidays, Lufthansa Holidays, and HLX, with additional rollouts planned. The chatbot’s flexibility allows it to operate in various languages and currencies and adapt its tone to match the brand’s needs or reflect seasonal themes, shifting from formal to casual as required.
