Porter Airlines breaks new ground with direct Ottawa-Calgary flights

Porter Airlines is celebrating Valentine’s Day by launching its Ottawa-Calgary route, bridging the gap between Eastern and Western Canada with the airline’s distinctive blend of hospitality and warmth.

The airline kicks off its new daily roundtrip service, aimed at providing convenient connections for passengers journeying to Eastern Canada and the United States via Ottawa International Airport (YOW).

Operating on this route, the Embraer E195-E2 aircraft guarantees a comfortable journey with its 132-seat, two-by-two seating arrangement. Passengers are treated to Porter’s renowned hospitality, complete with complimentary amenities such as fast WiFi, premium snacks, and complimentary beer and wine served in actual glassware for all passengers.

For those seeking added comfort, extra legroom seats, pre-mixed cocktails, and fresh, healthy meals are accessible either through the all-inclusive PorterReserve fares or can be individually purchased with PorterClassic fares.

Porter Airlines currently offers 16 nonstop routes departing from Ottawa.
