Pushkar Singh Dhami promised to bring Uttarakhand’s tourism on track

On Sunday evening, Pushkar Singh Dhami, a 45 year old, who took a pledge at Raj Bhawan as Uttarakhand’s youngest chief minister spoke about his most important duties after taking over the office. With tourism being Uttarakhand’s backbone in terms of economy and Char Dham Yatra playing a major role in the occupation of lakhs of people, Dhami mentioned that resuming the two were on the top priority list.


The new CM has also explained that he knew about the challenges the common people are facing in the wake of the second wave of the pandemic and he would try his best to solve them.


He also emphasized that his main aim would be on the youth and creating more job opportunities for the locals by filling up vacant posts. “Right since my start in politics, I have been involved in a lot of campaigns related to the youth, and therefore I understand their situation. We will work for them and try to appoint youth in vacant posts.”
