Québec City Convention Centre appoints Chef Jean-Pierre Cloutier as executive chef

Québec City Convention Centre along with its exclusive food partner Capital HRS welcomes Chef Jean-Pierre Cloutier as new executive chef as head of the biggest event-driven kitchen in Québec City.

Chef Jean-Pierre Cloutier said that taking over the kitchens of the Québec City Convention Centre, known both in Québec and abroad for the quality of its cuisine, is a huge challenge.

There are thousands of guests who come to dine will now enjoy the cuisine of Jean-Pierre Cloutier.

Québec City Convention Centre is located in the in the heart of Québec City, offering 30000 square feet area of exhibition, conventions and the meeting spaces.
