Rae on Sunset brings boutique hotel elegance to residential living in Hollywood

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC, a global leader in real estate investment, development, and management, has launched leasing for Rae on Sunset. This new residential complex is situated on the iconic Sunset Boulevard and consists of two five-story buildings, featuring a total of 200 apartment units and over 27,000 square feet of ground-level retail space. The units vary from 582 to 1,733 square feet, available in studio to three-bedroom configurations, including two-story penthouses with large private balconies and premium finishes. Additional comforts include outdoor courtyard seating, and a secure parking garage equipped with EV chargers.
