Raines, a hospitality management, development, and investment company, has taken on the management of Fairfield Inn & Suites Whitsett Greensboro East in Whitsett, North Carolina. This marks the third hotel under Raines’ management for Clarendon Properties, a developer based in Wilmington, NC.

Conveniently located at 3020 Hendren Rd, near the I-40/I-85 corridor, the hotel provides easy access to key North Carolina cities, including Greensboro, Burlington, and Durham. The location caters to both business and leisure travelers, with nearby attractions such as Elon University, regional sports venues, and Lake Mackintosh. The area is also home to major employers like Honda, Lenovo, Pratt Industries, and Alamance Regional Medical Center, contributing to steady corporate demand.
