Rajasthan is of the key tourism destinations in India. The state is reinforcing its tourism contribution and advertising for finding new ways to motivate both the tourism industry within Rajasthan along with the market.

The Rajasthan Government has kept aside Rs. 1,000 crore for tourism improvement in its budget and the tourism department is eager to make use of this budget in the best way possible to provide a new route to the state’s tourism industry.

The state government is giving the lodging and guest stay experience a completely new perspective thinking outside hotels and invigorating the more pragmatic B&B offerings and the fairly new guest house idea that’s a midway between a B&B and a complete hotel, bringing tourists nearer to more genuine ways of Rajasthani way of life and food.

There is a good state budget of Rs. 600 crore that has been allocated for the development of road and rail network and Rs. 400 crore for marketing promotion. When there is a good budget, one can carry on many important things on various fronts. As part of the infrastructure budget, there are different types of works that are planned to see the light of the day. These are connected to overhauling, new development, building of lost road links and betterment of tourist amenities at the historical monuments and important sites along with pilgrimage centers.
