RAKEZ connects with India highlights Ras Al Khaimah opportunities

Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) is actively participating in a variety of strategic business gatherings across key Indian cities to bolster economic connections and offer support to Indian investors looking at opportunities within the UAE.

Through hosting B2B networking events, engaging in roundtable discussions, and conducting meetings with investors in cities like Kolkata, Mumbai, and Hyderabad, RAKEZ is interacting with entrepreneurs and key business groups such as the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Kolkata and the Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry. The RAKEZ delegation has been connecting with Indian entrepreneurs across diverse industries including food and beverage, chemicals, metals, eco-friendly solutions, telecom, engineering, construction, media, power and energy, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and packaging. Furthermore, RAKEZ showcased its business offerings at prominent Indian exhibitions like Plastfocus in Delhi and the INT-EXT Expo in Ludhiana, Punjab, targeting potential investors in the plastics manufacturing and architectural sectors.

More than 5,300 Indian enterprises have set up their operations within the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), drawn by attractive incentives such as complete ownership of their company, the ability to repatriate all profits, and the chance to tap into the UAE’s broad international business network. This network opens doors to regional markets in one of the world’s most favorable tax settings. These companies benefit from strategic alliances with both government and private sector entities in the economic zone, as well as partnerships with Indian organizations like the Indian Economic Trade Organisation and the Indian Chamber of Food and Agriculture, which bolster support for Indian businesses.
