The Ftour at Restaurant Quattro

Every evening at sunset, Restaurant Quattro within the Four Seasons Resort Marrakech becomes a melting pot of traditional Moroccan tastes blending perfectly with global culinary influences. In an inviting ambiance with stunning views over verdant gardens and the resort’s signature fountain, guests are treated to an array of meticulously prepared dishes. The buffet offers an extensive range of culinary stations designed to tantalize the taste buds and please even the most refined eaters.

Moroccan delicacies are prominently featured, with offerings such as méchoui, Moroccan cooked salads, aromatic tagines, Harira, Chebbakia, and crisp briouates taking the spotlight.
