Rosewood Miramar Beach, nestled along one of the world’s most exclusive coastlines, proudly announces its recognition as a Five-Star destination, according to the 2024 Forbes Travel Guide Star Rating list. Renowned for its luxurious amenities, the resort boasts a Five-Star spa, Sense, a Rosewood Spa, and a Five-Star dining experience at Caruso’s. This prestigious accolade highlights the resort’s unwavering dedication to exceptional service, unparalleled accommodations, and superior facilities. Since its establishment in Montecito, California in 2019, the resort has consistently upheld these standards, marking its upcoming 5-year anniversary on March 1st as one of only 15 properties worldwide, and one of just 5 in the U.S., to hold the esteemed triple Five-Star title.

Annually, the expert inspectors of Forbes Travel Guide embark on global journeys, anonymously appraising hotels, restaurants, and spas against 900 meticulous criteria. Properties that demonstrate excellence in every aspect receive top honors. Forbes Travel Guide’s recognition remains an industry standard, highly esteemed by consumers. This latest accolade not only acknowledges Rosewood Miramar Beach as one of the nation’s premier luxury resorts but also solidifies its standing as a leading destination for wellness and culinary experiences.

This year marks the fourth consecutive year that Sense, A Rosewood Spa, located at Rosewood Miramar Beach, has been honored with this prestigious award. The spa’s dedicated team of wellness professionals has curated a serene sanctuary for guests, drawing inspiration from the local environment and indigenous practices. Continuously innovating, the spa introduces new initiatives to enhance the guest experience. Designed to promote deep relaxation and prioritize sleep within the realm of overall wellness, these bespoke treatments include a massage infused with sleep-inducing aromatherapies, a Gua Sha Tension Release facial, and a percussion massage featuring CBD elements. This proactive approach to addressing evolving consumer preferences and industry trends distinguishes the spa team at Rosewood Miramar Beach.

In a groundbreaking achievement, Caruso’s, the Michelin-awarded restaurant at the Resort, receives its inaugural Forbes Five-Star recognition. Helmed by Chef Massimo Falsini, the Executive Chef of Rosewood Miramar Beach, Caruso’s attributes this accolade to the dedicated efforts of its talented team and esteemed suppliers. Chef Falsini expresses profound gratitude for being counted among the state’s culinary elite, acknowledging Forbes’ role in championing California’s gastronomic excellence.

Caruso’s stands as one of only six restaurants on the Central Coast to boast a one-star rating. Additionally, the restaurant proudly holds a MICHELIN Green Star, underscoring its commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. Noteworthy initiatives at Caruso’s include partnerships with esteemed seafood industry nonprofits like Ocean Wise, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and the James Beard Foundation’s Smart Catch program, aimed at promoting ocean health and sustainability.
