The partnership between Royal Caribbean International and Make-A-Wish is poised to elevate transformative experiences for children with critical illnesses worldwide. This collaboration aligns with the nonprofit’s goal of forging life-altering wishes that foster hope and resilience in young patients and their families. The initiative begins today, allowing travelers to contribute online and explore numerous ways to support through Royal Caribbean.

As the world’s premier cruise line, Royal Caribbean’s Wishes at Sea program is dedicated to bolstering the nonprofit’s mission through financial contributions and by donating unforgettable family moments. Beyond online donations, travelers will soon have opportunities to promote awareness and support the cause during their sea voyages on the company’s fleet and at its exclusive locales. The program will feature a variety of activities, including Walk for Wishes 5Ks, charity auctions for unique experiences, and more.

“The memories we make with our families and friends on vacation are among the moments that are the most special and impactful, and for wish kids and their families, that very impact can change the course of their lives,” said Michael Bayley, president and CEO, Royal Caribbean International. “We are thrilled and humbled to partner with Make-A-Wish for years to come. In this partnership, we are in a position to do what we love – delivering memorable vacations – while making a difference in the lives of those at the heart of Royal Caribbean, families, who need it most.”

At the heart of these transformative experiences are the wishes fulfilled by the cruise line, promising extraordinary Royal Caribbean vacations tailor-made for wish children and their families. These journeys will be filled with unparalleled adventures, such as the ultimate escapade at Perfect Day at CocoCay, Royal Caribbean’s highly acclaimed private island. This includes thrilling waterpark adventures in the Caribbean and The Bahamas, private cabana stays, and soaring views from the Up, Up & Away helium balloon. Moreover, wish families will receive VIP treatment throughout their journey, including exclusive experiences, complimentary Wi-Fi, private FlowRider sessions, and more.

“As we celebrate World Wish Month, we are grateful to partner with Royal Caribbean International and open a sea of new opportunities for us to fulfill our mission of granting life-changing wishes,” said Leslie Motter, president and CEO of Make-A-Wish America. “We know that a wish can chart a new course in these children’s lives, and we look forward to having the opportunity to work together to deliver that life-changing impact.”
