Royal Caribbean partners with Eurovision for 2024/2025, blending high seas adventure with world-class live music in exciting cities across Europe

In a groundbreaking collaboration, Royal Caribbean International has teamed up with the world-renowned Eurovision Song Contest, becoming an Official Partner for the years 2024 and 2025. This partnership will illuminate a variety of experiences, including significant brand visibility during the event, promotional activities in the host city, and more.

This innovative alliance will kick off just before the 68th Eurovision Song Contest, set to take place in the lively city of Malmö, Sweden, in May 2024. The event will be televised in 37 countries, with a vast online audience tuning in as well. This occasion also marks the beginning of Royal Caribbean’s eagerly awaited European season, featuring six of its award-winning ships embarking from eight different European cities, and visiting an array of iconic destinations.

Ben Bouldin, Royal Caribbean International’s vice president for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, expressed excitement about the partnership. He noted that both Royal Caribbean and the Eurovision Song Contest are celebrated for providing unforgettable experiences to a global audience. He emphasized that this partnership represents the pinnacle of live entertainment and cultural diversity, celebrating over 60 years of Eurovision’s history and its ever-growing worldwide fanbase.

Martin Österdahl, Executive Supervisor for the Eurovision Song Contest, shared his enthusiasm for the partnership. He highlighted the shared commitment of Eurovision and Royal Caribbean to crafting extraordinary experiences that bring people together from across the globe. Österdahl looked forward to creating new memories for fans and guests, embarking on this exciting journey together.

Royal Caribbean’s 2024 summer season promises a unique blend of live entertainment and world exploration, creating lasting memories for holidaymakers. Guests can look forward to spectacular performances across four distinct “stages” – air, ice, water, and theatre – complemented by live music and comedy acts. With over five decades of experience in delivering diverse holiday experiences, Royal Caribbean invites everyone to create their own unforgettable moments every day.
