After successfully partnering with loveholidays.com, Ryanair announced a new collaboration today (Monday, January 29) with the approved online travel agency (OTA), Kiwi.com. This partnership ensures that Kiwi.com will have direct access to the Ryanair.com website without resorting to screenscraping. In return, Kiwi.com commits to offering its customers competitive prices for Ryanair flights and ancillaries, while providing accurate customer contact and payment details directly to Ryanair.

Under this approved OTA agreement, Kiwi customers can now purchase Ryanair flights and ancillaries at authentic prices, avoiding any additional mark-ups, through the Kiwi.com website. Furthermore, Kiwi customers gain direct access to their myRyanair account and will receive comprehensive flight information directly from Ryanair via email. This eliminates the need for Kiwi customers to undergo Ryanair’s customer verification process, a requirement that unauthorized OTA Pirates’ customers must still fulfill.

In addition to these advantages, the partnership enables Kiwi customers to benefit from Kiwi’s virtual interline service, allowing them to book connecting flights. If a connection is missed, Kiwi.com will reaccommodate passengers on the next available flight at no extra charge.

Ryanair, in its longstanding advocacy for consumer protection against OTA Pirate overcharges and pricing scams, sees this approved OTA partnership with Kiwi.com as a demonstration of how OTAs can collaborate transparently. This collaboration aims to eradicate anti-consumer practices, providing Kiwi.com passengers with direct access to Ryanair’s affordable prices without worrying about overcharges or pricing scams.

“We are pleased to announce this new approved OTA agreement with Kiwi.com. This is great news for Kiwi customers
who will now be able to book Ryanair’s low-price flights, seats, and bags through Kiwi.com with full price transparency,
safe in the knowledge that they will receive all important flight info directly from Ryanair and full access to their booking
through their myRyanair account.
Ryanair has long campaigned for all consumers to be protected from OTA Pirate overcharges and scams, and to
eliminate fake customer contact and payment info being provided to airlines. This new partnership with Kiwi represents
a significant step in achieving that protection for all Kiwi customers who will now get access to Ryanair’s low fares and
ancillary services with no overcharges, which will enable Kiwi to offer Ryanair’s low prices to all its customers.”

“The announcement today of the cooperation with Ryanair is a positive one, ending a period of friction that has
impacted our customers. It reflects our commitment to establishing relationships with all airlines for the benefit of
customers and our long-term business objectives.”
