Samuel Machado leads Sabre agency growth in India & South Asia

Sabre Corporation, a prominent software and technology provider that empowers the global travel industry, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Samual Machado as Managing Director responsible for overseeing Sabre’s agency business throughout India and South Asia. With extensive experience in technology and a proven track record of success within the travel ecosystem, Sam is uniquely positioned to steer outstanding customer experiences and foster innovative solutions in this dynamic region.

Sam is rejoining Sabre, having previously joined Sabre Hospitality Solutions in 2011 as the head of account management in India. He progressed through various roles before relocating to Singapore to lead sales for the Asia Pacific region. Sam initiated his career in the travel and hospitality industry with renowned brands such as Jet Airways and Starwood Hotels & Resorts (now part of Marriott International). Most recently, Sam served as the Senior Vice President, Business Development, Travel & Hospitality (APAC), at Teleperformance, a global digital business services company, bringing a wealth of expertise.
