Santoshi Rawat has been elevated to the position of Rooms Division Manager at the prestigious DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square, which boasts a 201-room inventory. Since 2023, Rawat has contributed her skills to the establishment. Boasting 12 years of rich experience and having collaborated with esteemed hospitality brands such as Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt, Rawat embarks on her latest career venture.
In her elevated role, Rawat will focus on enhancing guest satisfaction and comfort through meticulous attention to feedback, as well as overseeing training and development, quality control, budget management, performance improvement, and the overall operational efficiency of her team.
Originating from Uttarakhand, Rawat is celebrated for her dynamic approach to the hospitality industry. Academically, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Catering Management in 2012 from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition in Guwahati.
