Underneath an enormous rock engraved with the Chinese character, ‘Tianya,’ a well-known allure in
China’s tropical seaside city of Sanya, droves of tourists are now taking turns to ‘check in’ and capture photos for the period of the on-going National Day break.
Ever since June 1 this year, this allure has been open to visitors for free.
The well-liked tourist spot greeted 16,000 sightseers on Oct. 1, observing a record-setting peak.
Sanya witnessed a tourism explosion in the course of the ‘super golden week.’
Wu Xue, a visitor from east China’s Shandong Province, rented a touring vehicle to discover the city in the
company of her eight buddies.
She said that the backdrop is so attractive that there is no need for filters while capturing photos. Even children prefer frolicking on the beach in the place, and are reluctant to leave.
He Yan, the deputy marketing director of Sanya, Tianya Haijiao said that this year’s National Day holiday has seen a noteworthy tourist movement not only from various provinces, but also witnessed an accumulative amount of native inhabitants.
Yan said that new tourism products have been launched since the picturesque place chose to permit
unrestricted admission.
He added that expanded products and first-class amenities are presently the draw for the charming places.
Wei Wanting, a sightseer from south China’s Guangdong Province relished the view of the sea on the
top of the mountain while savoring coffee with her family at the Luhuitou picturesque spot.
It is the first time that she is roaming in Hainan and her family chose to go for a road spree.
