Saudi Arabia ranks 2nd in tourist arrivals during first 7 months in 2023

Saudi Arabia ranks second considering arrival of tourists in the course of the initial seven months of this year.

Saudi Arabia witnessed a 58 percent development in terms of tourist statistics till the end of July, in keeping with the Ministry of Tourism, equated to the similar time in 2019.

Last month, the numbers were derived from the UNWTO and resulted from the UNWTO World Tourism
Barometer.

Riyadh organized World Tourism Day on Sept. 27-28, replicating the Kingdom’s obligation toward the
worldwide tourism segment.

Ahmed Al-Khateeb, the Saudi Tourism Minister said that the attainment would not have been imaginable minus the backing of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and the Crown Prince.

Al-Khateeb further said that the position reinforced the country’s standing as an international tourist
destination and that the considerable increase in influxes revealed the assurance that travelers had in
the diversity and excellence of tourism choices existing within Saudi Arabia.
