Saudi Arabia’s new innovation with world’s first 3D-printed mosque

In Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the unveiling of the world’s first mosque constructed using 3D printing technology marked a significant milestone in architectural innovation. Situated in the Al-Jawhara suburb, this groundbreaking structure bears the name of the late Abdulaziz Abdullah Sharbatly, in a touching tribute by his wife, Wajnat Abdulwahed, a notable figure in the Saudi entrepreneurial landscape.

Abdulwahed, at the helm of Fursan Real Estate, collaborated with Guanli, a leading Chinese 3D printing technology firm, to realize this pioneering project. The mosque spans an impressive 5,600 square meters, showcasing a seamless fusion of traditional aesthetics with modern technological achievements.
