Saudia Academy, a key division of Saudia Group, has unveiled two state-of-the-art A320neo flight simulators, supplied by L3Harris Technologies (LHX). With this latest addition, the academy’s inventory now boasts a total of five advanced simulators of this caliber.

This development signals a significant expansion of the Academy’s capabilities and underscores its unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch aviation training. It also marks a pivotal milestone in the Academy’s journey of growth, solidifying its objectives to offer comprehensive aviation training services to Saudi Arabia and the broader region.

Capt. Ismael S. Alkoshy, CEO of Saudia Academy, emphasized, “The introduction of these A320neo simulators underscores our steadfast dedication to staying at the forefront of aviation training technology. This strategic expansion not only enhances our capacity but also actively contributes to the dynamic growth of aviation expertise in the Kingdom and beyond, especially in light of the increasing prevalence of the narrowbody A320neo.”

This collaboration reflects a strategic alliance between industry leaders, showcasing a shared commitment to Saudia Academy’s growth plans and the elevation of the air transport and logistics sectors in the Kingdom.

Currently, Saudia Academy operates four facilities in Jeddah, covering Flight Training, Safety Training, In-Flight Service Training, and Technical Training, with the latter set to relocate to the MRO Village under Saudia Technic. Furthermore, plans are underway to establish a new flight training facility in Riyadh, a strategic move aimed at reinforcing the Academy’s presence and influence across its extensive network of aviation and non-aviation clients, both regionally and globally.
