Saudia, Saudi Arabia’s national airline, has been ranked as the top brand in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the third year in a row by YouGov, achieving an impressive score of 59.4. This ranking is determined through YouGov’s index score, which assesses the overall health of a brand by averaging scores across six categories: impression, quality, value, satisfaction, recommendation, and reputation, over the course of a year.
Essam Akhonbay, the Vice President of Marketing at Saudia, expressed his pride in the achievement, attributing it to the airline’s steadfast dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction. “This accolade serves as proof of Saudia’s continuous commitment to excellence and making our customers happy.
